Do you want to contribute to the progress of PoH or do you want to be hired professionally? Go to the #Oportunidades-de-Colaboración channel and assign Roles that represent your skill category.
Warning: You should only assign them to yourself if you have the ability to complete tasks related to that role.

Notice a role (or skill) we’re missing? Suggest a new one in the #sugerencias (suggestions) channel and an Admin will add it to the catalog.
Any PoH member can participate in the development of products and services. Please do not over-assign roles to give those who are very skilled in specific areas a chance to shine. We recommend assigning a maximum of 5 roles to start with and expand over time.
The experience you show in each role will earn you role medals. Each medal carries evidence of your work or contribution. The set of them becomes your CV, which accompanies you wherever you go, even outside PoH.
